The Law of Attraction

As you embark on the incredible journey towards true enlightenment in the Law of Attraction, it is important that you understand that you can apply it to your life and it can be effective. The practices and beliefs in this law have been igniting the lives of great individuals throughout the course of history.

Hundreds of years ago the Law of Attraction was first thought to have been taught to man by the immortal Buddha. It is believed he wanted it to be known that ‘what you have become is what you have thought’. This is a belief that is deeply inherent to the Law of Attraction.

With the spread of this concept to western culture also came the term ‘Karma’, it is a belief that is popular throughout numerous societies.

Over the centuries it has been a common understanding amongst many that what you give out to the world (be it anger or happiness, hate or love) is ultimately what can return to your own life in the end.

The thought philosophy (concept) the law of attraction is the belief that what a person focuses on; positive or negative, a person brings those (positive or negative) experiences into their life.

The belief is based on the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from energy, and that through the process of "like energy attracts like energy" a person can improve their own health, wealth and personal relationships. Their subconscious thoughts can also destroy those things when they are negative.

A key component of the philosophy is that in order to effectively change one's negative thinking patterns, one must also "feel" (through creative visualization) that the desired changes have already occurred. This combination of positive thought and positive emotion is believed to allow one to "attract" positive experiences and opportunities by achieving resonance with the proposed energetic "Law." Dr. Joe Dispenza explains this flawlessly with medical documentation as proof - that the thoughts you think do hold power and they can effectively and quickly change your life for the better.

The New Thought concept of the law of attraction is rooted in ideas that come from various philosophical and religious traditions. In particular, it has been inspired by Hermeticism, New England transcendentalism, specific verses from the Bible, and Hinduism.

A key factor missing from the LOA is that we are creating on both a conscious and subconscious level. This accounts for the major principle of LOA, “like attracts like.”

We are still attracting the part of the whole that has been suppressed into the subconscious mind. The actively repressed traits within ourselves are not only charged, but they actually run our lives. This suppressed energy is the point of attraction. All the years of thinking the same toxic thoughts are hard to just banish from your brain. With time and continually bringing the conscious mind to a healthy and happy place, your subconscious won't have a choice but to accept the new information you are giving it. It is a complete lifestyle change and once it starts changing for you, you won't ever want to go back to your old self.

Our belief systems alter our manifestation process. If you want to manifest $5,500 in one week, but your underlying beliefs are largely identified with a state of lack, you will only manifest more lack. If you are constantly fretting on how you are going to afford things including bills you will manifest more negativity surrounding those areas. This is because Law of Attraction works with both thought and emotion, and if you try to think your way into something that you don’t believe, your emotional reaction will support your unconscious beliefs more than your conscious thoughts. The power of having the thought and feeling the emotion connected to it (when it is good) should not be underestimated. It has literally changed lives.

The things we value the most filter our perception at a subconscious level. They govern the way that we manifest, and the reasons we do.

Actively Manifest

These are some useful tips if you are meditating on your vision, or practicing visualization.

Clear your mind. To speed up the process of manifestation, presence and focus are key. If your attention is scattered, your manifestation will be too. The key is over time to be able to get into the state of manifesting faster and without being affected by outside distractions, so work your way up. Start in silence then try to enter the state surrounded by nature sounds, then try to do it at a doctors visit or somewhere with more clatter.

Open your heart to the process. Connect with the feeling of gratitude as you begin. Do this by thinking of people/events that you are truly grateful for. Feel the sense of gratitude wholeheartedly. Be truly grateful.

According to the HeartMath Institute, “The heart generates an electromagnetic field roughly 60 times greater in amplitude than brainwaves do.” This field is measured by an electrocardiogram (ECG), and brainwaves were measured using an electroencephalogram (EEG) during these findings. The heart is a major point of attraction.

Be clear. The law of attraction is described as a law. This means it responds to everything, without exception. If you are mixed, in your emotions or vision, it will slow the process. The clearer and more detailed you are, the more you can get into and stay into the focused state of manifesting, the faster your vision will come to life.

Engage your senses. Did you know that the brain can’t actually tell the difference between experience and visualization? This is why visualization is so useful for athletes. This principle applies directly to the LOA. What do you see, hear, smell, touch, and feel when you have arrived at your vision? Feel each sense distinctly, and don’t be afraid to sit with each one individually.

Engage in emotion. This is how to charge your vision. Emotions are the driving force behind manifestation.

Align your intention with your values. Tie what you want to manifest into your highest values. More simply put, make sure you can see how your goals support the things that matter most to you in life. This will help you manifest congruently from both the conscious and subconscious mind.

Don’t be desperate. Try to imagine that you are gently requesting. If you are being needy or desperate in your request, you are coming directly from an emotional space of lack. The emotional feeling of lack will counteract your thought-energy, and you are more likely to stagnate.

Know What You're After

Take action. Taking action will create momentum, while also building evidence toward creating the belief that your manifestation is unfolding.

Act as if it has already happened. “I AM” is a creative, powerful phrase. If you conduct your behavior as the person you have already become, you are more energetically aligned with your goal.

Be aware of your internal dialogue. Remember, you are in a constant state of attracting or refusing what it is that you want to achieve. Your internal dialogue is always creating a point of attraction, along with the emotional reactions it produces. Be harmonious!

Allow! You must fully liberate your vision in order for it to manifest. If you are too attached to it, your need for control can truly stunt the process. Faith and belief in the process are key.

We are all creators, and we all deserve to live an inspired life.

The Power Of Thoughts

Discover The Awesomely Creative Power Of Thoughts; Your Thoughts
and You'll Become Enabled and Empowered to Consciously, Purposefully
and Intentionally Transform Your Entire Life

Understanding And "Consciously" Implementing The Power Of Thoughts...Your Thoughts

That's what we'll be looking at here...The Power of Thoughts...more specifically the power of your individually chosen thoughts and the crucial, all encompassing role they play in determining how EVERY event, condition and circumstance in your life unfolds as a result of their creative power.

Although it isn't the power of your thoughts alone that determine how things unfold, your chosen thoughts combined with the the power of emotions that each of our chosen thoughts ignite, most certainly do.

Understanding and learning to consciously and intentionally direct the power of your thoughts is a vital and necessary component of achieving and experiencing your most sought after and "heartfelt" dreams, desires and aspirations.

On a larger scale, the power of thoughts, whether YOUR thoughts, those of another as well as those which we think as a species collectively, are crucial to and determine the quality of our evolution as a species.

"Do not under estimate the Power Of Thoughts.
Just as water has the power to shift and mold earths landscape,
your thoughts have the power to shift and mold the landscape
of your life" -Chuck Danes

"All that a man achieves and all that he fails to achieve
is the direct result of his own thoughts." - James Allen

Mind Over Matter

While we often think of our bodies and minds as two distinct entities, it turns out they are much more entwined than we might assume. Researchers are continually finding evidence that the brain has a distinct power to manipulate the body’s physiology.

Tibetan Monks

have better control over their minds and bodies than the average person. Still, what’s particularly amazing is some of them can control physiological processes, such as blood pressure and body temperature – feats many medical doctors find astounding.

In one of the most notable displays of their skills, a group of Tibetan monks allowed physicians to monitor the monk’s bodily changes as they engaged in a meditative yoga technique known as Tum-mo. During the process, the monks were cloaked in wet, cold sheets (49 f / 9.4 c) and placed in a 40 f (4.5 c) room. In these conditions, the average person would experience uncontrollable shivering and would shortly suffer hypothermia. Nevertheless, through intense concentration, the monks were able to generate their own body heat, and within minutes the researchers noticed steam rising from the sheets that were covering the monks. Within an hour, the sheets were completely dry.

Although, the display was captivating the doctors, for the monks it was a common occurrence. In fact, new monks use Tum-mo as a way of proving their meditative strength and actually hold contests to see who can dry the most sheets in one night. The Buddhists say the heat they generate is a byproduct of the meditation since it takes so much energy to reach a state of an alternate reality – a place unchanged by our everyday world.

Placebo

is an inert substance or belief which produces real biological effects in humans. It’s so widely accepted as fact that a placebo variable is included in most medical tests as way of proving if, say, a drug works on its own merits or because people “think” it works.

There are tons of experiments showing the proof of the placebo, but one of the most amusing to watch is a test done by a group of Princeton students who decided to throw a non-alcoholic keg party for their unsuspecting classmates.

The experimenters secretly filled a keg with O’Douls (contains about 0.4% alcohol while regular beer has around 5% alcohol) and then watched as their peers acted silly, slurred words, slept on the ground, and generally acted drunk. Although it’s nearly impossible to get intoxicated on O’Douls, these college students had such a strong belief they were drinking standard beer that it affected their behavior.

Curiously, researchers have discovered the placebo effect is somehow getting stronger, and some drugs that have been on the market for years, such as Prozac, are now proving less effective than placebos. Naturally, this is a major issue for big pharmaceutical companies, which has left many scrambling to conduct neurological studies in an effort to come up with new ways to safeguard their industry from ordinary sugar pills. Incidentally, Big Pharma is currently more profitable than Big Oil, so there’s quite a bit at stake.

Curing Cancer

Undoubtedly it’s difficult to keep a positive attitude when you’re facing a life-threatening disease, but, based on a variety of medical studies, doing so may mean the difference between living and dying.

For example, in 1989, Dr. David Spiegel of Stanford University conducted a study on 86 women with late stage breast cancer. Half of those women received standard medical care while the other half were given weekly support sessions in addition to the standard medical care. During the sessions the women shared their feelings, talked with other patients, and generally had a positive outlet where they could cope with their illness. At the end of the study, the women in the support group lived twice as long as those not in the group.

In 1999, a similar study found that cancer patients who have feelings of helplessness and hopelessness have a lower chance of survival.

In recent years, David Seidler, writer of “The King’s Speech,” claimed to have eliminated his cancer through meditation and imagination. After battling bladder cancer for years and only two weeks away from surgery, Seidler decided to see if he could get rid of the cancer through his imagination.

He admittedly thought the idea was a little “woo-woo,” but by that point, he figured he had nothing to lose. So, he spent the two weeks leading up to his surgery envisioning a clean, cream-colored, healthy bladder. When Seidler went in for his pre-surgery biopsy, the doctor was stunned to find a distinct lack of cancer – he even sent the biopsy to four different labs for testing. While Seidler believes his visualization was behind cancer’s disappearance, his doctor labeled it a “spontaneous remission.”

Many athletes claim it helps them perform better when they “play” the game in their minds before ever stepping foot on the field or court. While we might assume doing so is just a mental exercise that enables them to better focus on the game, there might be more concrete changes happening inside the body.

Take, for example, Air Force Colonel George Hall who was locked in a small, dark North Vietnamese prison for seven years. While most would lose their minds in such circumstances, Hall went to his happy place, so to speak, by mentally playing golf every day of his imprisonment. His visualizations were extremely in-depth and included everything from hitting the ball off the tee, raking the sand traps, feeling the wind, and of course tapping the ball into the hole.

Regardless of being weak and 100 pounds lighter than before his capture, one of the first things Hall wanted to do after his release was play a legitimate round of golf. He was invited to the Greater New Orleans Open where he astoundingly shot a 76. When a member of the press suggested his performance was a case of beginners luck, Hall replied, “Luck, I never 3-putted a green in the last five years!”

So, despite his physical deterioration and not stepping on a course in over seven years, his body had developed muscle memory based simply on his imaginings.

Most people believe themselves to be powerless, in the grips of forces beyond their control.

Pineal Gland

Unlock the Gateway to Higher Consciousness in Your Brain

A tiny rice-sized gland shaped like a pinecone, residing alone in the center of our brains and may hold the secrets to spiritual wisdom, inspiration and psychic awareness. The Pineal Gland is vital for physical, mental and spiritual health, while also being a gateway to higher consciousness.

It is widely believed that the pineal gland is key to our spiritual awakening and psychic abilities. Traditionally, the pineal gland is said to be the third eye chakra, otherwise known as Ajna or the eyebrow chakra, which is set back and between our two physical eyes.

Activating your pineal gland may be helpful for regulating mood, sleep, and energy levels.

Get Out and Into the Sun

Sun exposure kick starts the pineal gland and stimulates the mind. Any type of light exposure, either directly or indirectly, activates the pineal gland, prompting it to produce serotonin; the neurotransmitter responsible for mood and energy levels. This is why it’s crucial to avoid light after the sun goes down because you need your pineal gland to produce melatonin and suppress serotonin. This process can only be accomplished by reducing light from electronics and light bulbs as much as possible.

Sleep in Complete Darkness

A dark environment ensures your pineal gland produces enough melatonin to ensure good, restful sleep. Make sure you avoid backlit devices like phones, tablets, computer monitors, or TV right before bed. The lighting of these devices stimulates serotonin production, tricking your pineal gland into thinking it’s daytime, confusing your wake/sleep cycle.

Sun Gazing

Sun gazing is perhaps one of the most controversial exercises you can do to activate the pineal gland. Here are the basics of the practice: within the first 15 minutes of sunlight at the beginning of the day and then the final 15 minutes of sunlight at the end of the day, you gaze into the sun for a couple of seconds, but only a couple of seconds. Again, sun gazing has its risks. Simply getting out in the sun and having your eyes exposed to light indirectly can help stimulate the pineal gland without having to stare directly.

Meditation

The pineal gland responds to the bioelectric signals of light and dark, and meditation activates this bioelectric energy. With practice, you can learn to direct this energy to this highly-sensitive organ. Psychically it's much quieter when you're in isolation -- there is much less work in making a connection to your own Higher Self because you don't have all the interference from others' minds to contend with.

Calcification is the biggest problem for the pineal gland. Fluoride accumulates in the pineal gland more than any other organ and leads to the formation of phosphate crystals. As your pineal gland hardens due to the crystal production, less melatonin is produced and regulation of your wake-sleep cycle gets disturbed. In addition to fluoride, halides like chlorine and bromine also accumulate and damage the pineal gland. Calcium supplements can also cause problems. Eliminating fluoride may be the best first step for reducing health concerns. Use fluoride-free toothpaste, avoid tap water, and drink filtered water. For the best-filtered water, use a reverse osmosis water filter. Eat calcium-rich foods rather than taking calcium supplements if you can get plenty of vitamin D.

Decalcify Your Pineal Gland

Tamarind Fruit

The fruit of the African tamarind tree is extremely effective at removing fluoride from the body. One study found children given tamarind excreted significantly more fluoride in their urine compared to the control group and may halt or even reverse the effects of skeletal fluorosis.

Zeolites

These volcanically-produced crystals have recently been discovered as a powerful way to detoxify your body. They break down hardened calcium that forms around toxic metals in tissue and removes these heavy metals from the body.

Cleanses

Regular cleansing enables the body to naturally remove toxins and heavy metals from the body, including fluoride.

Iodine

Halides like fluoride, chlorine, and bromine accumulate in your tissue if you’re iodine deficient, which is an increasing problem around the world. If you’ve cut back on salt and don’t eat a lot of seafood, there’s a good chance you may be deficient. Symptoms of iodine deficiency include chronic fatigue, thyroid disease, feeling cold or a low body temperature, and hormone imbalance. To get more iodine, eat foods rich in iodine, or take a colloidal iodine supplement for the best result.

The entire Universe is created from intent, including all physical objects -- so you can intend anything to yourself if you put enough focus into it.

Universal Laws

By Finding Universal Laws, You Identify The Source Of All Health,
All Wealth, All Happiness, Joy, Enlightened Peace, Certainty and Realization.
The Forces That Govern ALL That Is, Has Been & Ever Will Be.

Contrary to majority belief... Universal Laws are not based on opinion or speculation. What at one point was believed to be only theoretical, mystical, or spiritual in nature and appreciated only by those who learned to tap into the place from where "Higher Truth" comes from. It has emerged and become evident in the latest scientific discoveries and it is now being measured on a physical level.

Universal Laws, also referred to as Spiritual Laws or Laws Of Nature are the unwavering and unchanging principles that govern every aspect of the universe and are the means by which our world and the entire cosmos continues to exist, thrive and expand.

Although I refer to these "laws" here as Universal Laws, they do brandish many labels, what you might choose to call them individually is really quite immaterial.

What IS important is that you understand that they do exist and should you choose to align and harmonize with them in a conscious and intentional way, you'll in essence flow with and learn to be grateful even, for each event, condition and circumstance you encounter as the various aspects of your life unfold.

It's important to grasp the fact that Universal Laws are just that, laws. What that means for you, I and everyone else is that there is no one or thing in the entire Universe that exists, whether seen or unseen that isn't impacted, affected or determined by them.

There are a large and ever-growing number of people in the world who are waking up and becoming aware of these Universal Laws yet it's still the vast majority who believe that life just happens as it will. They "perceive" that the various events, conditions, and circumstances they experience in life are based on a series of "random yes's and no's" regardless of how good or bad they might perceive them to be or are just a random series of occurrences altogether fully believing there's no definitive purpose or underlying reason why things happen as they do.
