Geoengineering is the intentional, large-scale manipulation of the Earth’s climate system.
What good would a large scale manipulation be if it wasn’t done under the pretense of “helping” humanity? In this case, helping humanity survive the adverse effects of the prospect of “global warming”?

So let’s explore this weather manipulation jazz.
The climate, as it is understood, is regulated by the amount of solar radiation received by Earth, as well as, by how much is appropriated by Earth’s surface and how much is reflected or reradiated back into space. Several components control the reflectance of solar radiation, including Earth’s surface albedo and cloud coverage and the presence in the atmosphere of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide (CO2). If geoengineering is going to impact the global climate in any substantial way, they must intentionally alter the weight of one of these components. Sound like Sci-Fi yet?
Geoengineering proposals were developed as early as the 1940’s. Proposals were designed to alter weather systems in order to obtain more favorable climate conditions on a regional scale. Year after year filing for that patents leaving a paper trail behind them.
The patents Geoengineeringwatch.org has hundreds of patents to sift through, all concerning spraying our skies and manipulating our climate in one way or another. I will touch on some of the patents that I believe help point to the smoking gun.

There is a whole host of readily available information on the topic “geoengineering” so it isn’t something anyone is hiding. The thing most people question is if they are already executing some of these strategies.
The most popular proposed geoengineering technologies for reversing the effects of global warming include Solar Radiation Management (SRM), and Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR), which would store carbon dioxide in the deep ocean to trigger algal blooms. For me, the former seems to have the most negative implications so that will be the focus of this article.
Solar Radiation Management (SRM) consists of spraying, injecting or scattering sulfate aerosols into the atmosphere to reflect the sun’s energy to block infrared radiation and rising temperatures This has been regarded as one of the prime possibilities for geoengineering.
The sun is a necessary source for all life on earth. Let’s not forget that. Why would anyone think it is a good idea to block it?
When one needs to observe the effects of reflecting solar radiation on agriculture, one must look no further than the effects of volcanic eruptions on agriculture – which have a similar effect to the artificial methods of scattering solar radiation through injecting reflective material into the stratosphere.
Scientists studied the eruption of El Chichón in Mexico in 1982 and the eruption of Mount Pinatubo in the Philippines, both of which caused large quantities of sulfate particles to enter the stratosphere. This created a “veil” which reduced the amount of sunlight reaching the Earth’s surface. Reduced sunlight = reduced crops, if any, but particularly staple crops for the area including rice.
There Goes Getting Off The Grid Solar doesn’t stand a chance (just as it was looking like energy self-sufficiency was possible). There is a 60 to 70 percent reduction in the energy you get from your solar panels according to Dane Wigington who has a background in solar energy. He is a former employee of Bechtel Power Corp. and was a licensed contractor in California and Arizona. His personal residence was featured in a cover article on the world’s largest renewable energy magazine, Home Power. Dane initially focused his efforts on the geoengineering issue when he began to lose very significant amounts of solar uptake due to ever-increasing “solar obscuration” caused from the aircraft spraying in his area.
Dane started the website https://www.geoengineeringwatch.org where you can find a host of information and hundreds of patents along with whistleblower accounts and what can be done to fix this situation.

Chemtrails Since semantics matter perhaps the term “chemtrail” should be clarified. To me, this is merely a layman's term for an aspect of climate engineering. An aspect you can visibly see, at that. This is no conspiracy theory as some would like you to believe. Yet you can’t link to scientific articles relating to the spraying unless you google the “scientific” terms such as geoengineering; which in turn lead you to the scientific information behind chemtrails without calling them by that name. A search for chemtrails will lead you to pages that are all about “conspiracies”.

G. Edward Griffin has done his own research on these matters and he is another established individual who has created an online space to gain knowledge on these topics and also provide a safe space for whistleblowers.

Cloud Seeding One of the most well-known methods is cloud seeding. Cloud seeding attempts to bring rain to dry farmland by dispersing particles of silver iodide or solid carbon dioxide into rain-bearing clouds.
According to Encyclopedia Britannica - Cloud seeding "has been used in attempts to weaken tropical storms", already. The U.S. military has even suggested that "nuclear weapons might be used as tools to alter regional climates and make certain areas of the world more favorable for human habitation."
The Agenda We have access to adequate information now to be able to see with our own eyes that there is an effort being made to keep this information on the hush among the mainstream outlets. While simultaneously attempting to normalize new weather patterns that are not naturally occurring.

Of course, some forms of weather modification are admitted and profited from such as Beijing.

The Effects Let’s face it, even according to the mainstream media 40-50% of our population is chronically ill. Chronically ill people equal chronically ill customers to some entities.

According to Dr. Blaylock, there is evidence that they are spraying tons of nanosized aluminum compounds, they are being inhaled by us, and they are accumulating in our bodies.
It has been demonstrated in the scientific and medical literature that nanosized particles are infinitely more reactive and induce intense inflammation in a number of tissues. Of special concern are the effect of these nanoparticles on the brain and spinal cord, as a growing list of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s dementia, Parkinson’s disease and Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS) are strongly related to exposure to environmental aluminum.
Nanoparticles of aluminum easily infiltrate the brain by a number of routes, including the blood and olfactory nerves (the smell nerves in the nose). Studies have shown that these particles pass along the olfactory neural tracts, which join directly to the part of the brain that is most affected by Alzheimer’s disease, but also the earliest affected in the course of the disease.
Dr. Baylock makes clear, the nanoparticles used, also travel right through the lung lining and into the bloodstream where they "adhere to cell receptors like a plaque." Additionally, researchers are connecting this too, ADD and Autism. The Stanford researchers are connecting this aluminum exposure to diabetes, obesity. This is aside from these programs ripping the climate apart, destroying the ozone layer, impeding the hydrological cycle, toxifying everything on the planet.
It is not an exaggeration that they are killing us slowly with the introduction of these programs. These materials are building up in us. So far there hasn’t been anyone in the population that has been tested that doesn’t show signs of toxic buildups in their blood, brains, and elsewhere.
We know that aluminum effects neurological development and creates neurological inflammation. We know that these metals in and of themselves are toxic, not just aluminum but barium and strontium. Once you start combining chemicals you now have synergistic toxicity. We know we all have mercury in us from coal fire plants and other sources, now we combine all of these other poisonous elements.
The synergistic toxicity of aluminum and mercury, for example, can increase the overall toxicity by 10,000 percent according to researchers.
There has been a 10,000 times increase in the rate of autism since 1975 which is shortly after many of these technologies were patented. 1 in 50 people in the U.S. alone is said to have a form of Autism. That is certainly an epidemic and not one a vaccination can cure, only make worse.
It is important to note that these toxins are bioaccumulative, meaning they build up in our bodies.
Not just in our bodies either. They are building up in the environment.
Look at the enormous amount of dead fish that have been appearing on shores, look at the massive blood-red algae blooms and green plumes for miles out that have been popping up around the world. It appears as if the bottom of the food chain is collapsing.

DOD - Why would the Department of Defense want in on this? Well duh, the DOD wants nothing more than to weaponize everything. Not only can the weather be weaponized to take out a nations food source but the same mechanism they use to get the barium, strontium, and aluminum into the air the can surely deliver biological warfare to sitting ducks across the globe.
HAARP
The HAARP website explains the differences between HAARP and other ionospheric heaters like this, “HAARP is unique to most existing facilities due to the combination of a research tool which provides electronic beam steering, wide frequency coverage and high effective radiated power collocated with a diverse suite of scientific observational instruments.”
HAARP is jointly managed by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in conjunction with the Geophysical Institute of the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.
The United States patent #4686605 ‘Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth’s Atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere’ is one of the 12 HAARP patents.
Dr. Eastlund is credited as the inventor. It states, “Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device.”

The ramifications for geoengineering are so dire and so extreme in every direction. There is nothing on this earth that is not currently being negatively affected by the buildup of these toxins.
Geoengineering proposals these days focus on the global scale, which means billions of humans will be subjected to it, because of the mere prospect of global warming?
Geoengineering aims to modify global climate and force all of us to live with the consequences. It is impossible to alter even a single aspect of the weather without risk. I mean can unintended consequences really be avoided? No, they cannot.
