The Las Vegas Tragedy, Stephen Paddock, and MK Ultra

Why would a 64 year old man whose family is reported to own a well off pool company in the Vegas area suddenly decide to pack up a bunch of weapons, access a hotel room with the perfect view of the crowd, and on the last day of the concert, unleash mayhem into the crowd of innocent humans?

Without having all of the details that will come out during the investigation of these events my mind keeps being pulled to the MK Ultra CIA experiments. Targeted Individuals – Government Mind Control? Recently, thousands of people around the world are claiming to be having the exact same terrifying experience. They all report the same symptoms: hearing operator voices in their heads, suffering from 'electronic torture' and being subject to organised stalking - they call themselves 'Targeted Individuals'.

Could learning about these secret CIA operatives give us a more clear picture of how someone who seems to have no mental illness and everything going for them could turn in an instant and become a mass murder in cold blood?

Under MKUltra, the CIA gave itself the authority to research how drugs could: “promote the intoxicating effects of alcohol;” “render the induction of hypnosis easier;” “enhance the ability of individuals to withstand privation, torture and coercion;” produce amnesia, shock and confusion; and much more. Many of these questions were investigated using unwitting test subjects, like drug-addicted prisoners, marginalized sex workers and terminal cancer patients–”people who could not fight back,” in the words of Sidney Gottlieb, the chemist who introduced LSD to the CIA.

I encourage you to take NOTHING at face value and research these things of interest on your own to come up with a scenerio that makes sense to you given all the information.
